Wafi City Mall
My interest in photography as a hobby came about quite recently whilst conducting visual research for The Skyline Project. These are just some of the images I have taken. This photo was taken during my recent visit to Dubai's Wafi City Centre Mall. The ceiling was made of stained glass and designed in the shape of a pyramid. The architecture and interior design of many of the City's buildings are consistently at a high standard providing the most unique skyline and scenery imaginable. I found Dubai a great place to explore and also one where I could combine my interests in architecture with that of photography.
London's Regents Park Mosque
This image was produced early in the year; January 2006. I was able to catch the sun peeping between the leaves of the tree and with the Mosque within the same frame. The shaded area creates a stark contrast against the light of the sky and the sunlight. The shapes of the leaves are also pronounced and some green is allowed to come through from this area adding to the subtle difference in shades and depth.
